Wayne became a managing director at 29, the youngest MD in the industry, growing the business to be the largest supplier of continental rigid kitchen furniture. He started from scratch again in the 2000s, growing his second business to be the leading supplier of German kitchen & bathroom furniture before negotiating a successful acquisition by the German producer he represented.  

Wayne faced many challenges — the dissolution of a partnership, tough international negotiations, managing large networks of independent retailers, and global expansion. Wayne’s knowledge of strategy, leadership and sound financial planning secured growth through recessions, financial crashes and COVID-19.

Throughout it all, a singular belief enabled him to build highly successful international enterprises.
